We start with a coffee — a proper Sydney cuppa — and headieast to Bondi Beach for an aussie brekky. Here you can take a short coastal walk, enjoy the ocean air or simply observe the rhythm of Sydney’s most famous beach.
From Bondi, the journey continues to Watsons Bay, where sandstone cliffs frame the entrance to Sydney Harbour and offer spectacular coastal views across the Pacific. As we return toward the city, we pause at carefully chosen harbour viewpoints including Kirribilli Point, Mrs Macquarie’s Chair, and the Royal Botanic Gardens, each offering unforgettable perspectives of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
Lunch is an important highlight of the day. Sydney is one of the world’s great dining cities, and your table will be reserved at a restaurant known for outstanding produce, atmosphere and thoughtful cooking. As a sommelier-hosted experience, the day naturally weaves together Sydney’s landscapes with its food and wine culture.
In the afternoon, we board a Sydney Harbour ferry to Manly, one of the most beautiful harbour crossings in the world. The journey itself becomes part of the experience — passing directly between the Opera House and Harbour Bridge before gliding out toward the northern beaches.
In Manly, take time to stroll along the promenade, enjoy the sea breeze, and finish the day with a legendary scoop from Anita Gelato — a sweet finale to a day that blends Sydney’s icons, coastal lifestyle and culinary pleasures.

Matt picked us up and we went for breakfast at Bondi before going to an amazing butcher shop and then the fish market where he got lunch and dinner. We had the most fantastic time visiting a native animal sanctuary before an incredible walk at the Blue Mountains where we later had a champagne lunch with views to take your breath away. We visited other sites before going to Dryridge Winery for wine tasting and to our surprise Matt bbq’d the steak to accompany. There were so many highlights and excellent thoughtful touches. We had a day we won’t forget!
From the communication prior to the tour to the continued assistance post-trip, Matt is much more than just a guide. We started with a gourmet Australian “brekky” and a tour of Bondi Beach before hitting the Sydney Fish Market for an incredible seafood display. We visited a wildlife park to see exotic animals before heading to the Blue Mountains for a spectacular hike. Matt prepared a fresh seafood lunch with champagne, followed by wine tasting and charcuterie. He even secured us a difficult dinner reservation back in the city. Truly a highly recommended VIP service!
We had a wonderful day tour starting at the Sydney Fish Market followed by a stop at Featherdale Wildlife Park to see kangaroos, koalas, and wombats. Once in the Blue Mountains, Matt surprised us with a beautiful park lunch he prepared personally. As a professional sommelier, he even selected a special wine to pair perfectly with the food! We finished with a private winery tasting. Matt was spectacular, professional, and so knowledgeable about Sydney. He even provided great suggestions for our next stop in Hobart.
